This course is designed for anyone interested in print manipulation, commercial art or photography. Advanced printing activities include shirt design, ads, surreal and horror composition with Adobe Photoshop.

Media Production Technology 7522

20 weeks 1/2 Credits

This course will give students an understanding of the major communications media and also how to use these various types of media. Using Adobe Premiere, students will create a music video, history of, movie trailers and destination video and more.

Architectural Drawing 7612

20 weeks 1/2 Credit

This course challenges students in architectural design. Hand drawings and computer software will be used to design a house then build a scale model of it This course is good for students with a wide range of interests.

Materials Processing 7702 (Wood, Metal & Plastic)

20 weeks 1/2 Credit

This is hands-on practical skills building class. Students will make several useful take home projects using many of the tools in the Materials Processing Lab. Areas of study w include Woodworking, Lathe Turning, Metal Working, and an introduction to CNC Technology.

Production 7722 (Construction and Manufacturing)

20 weeks 1/2 Credit

A hands on course for students interested in construction and/or manufacturing. Activities include a school/community construction project usually a shed, a mass production product and/or an involved individual project. Great for “Hands on Learners.”​

Basic Automotive Technology 7752

20 weeks 1/2 Credit

This course is for anyone interested in automobiles or any motorized vehicles, projects will help consumers avoid fraud and get the most for their money when dealing with automobiles. Activities include car maintenance, car care, tune ups, brake repair, lubrication, cooling systems, body care, and small engine.

Radio Broadcasting & Communications 9771

This course is designed for any student interested in exploring radio broadcasting and audio communications.  Students will gain knowledge of how a radio station functions and participate in radio station operation for WBXL.

Webpage Design 7582
20 weeks 1/2 Credit
An exciting and interactive experience for anyone knowledgeable in the use of computers. HTML coding is used to develop interactive webpages. Activities include tutorials, small assignments and putting a web page online with Wix.

Communication Systems 7502

This is a course for anyone interested in the areas of audio, visual and print communications. Projects and activities include making business cards, animation, morph, screen printing and other small projects to introduce students to technology.
